On a happier note, I finally started some preparation. I ventured into the attic and sorted all the 18 months clothes and separated them. Tomorrow I plan to dig through the 24 months and have them ready when she can fit into them.
Some folks recall my room dilemma! The decision has been made to move the boys upstairs, and purchase a full over full bunk. As you will see from the pictures below LOTS needs to be done before they can move. Do not judge me... it is CRAZY messy. The boys current bunks will remain downstairs and Audrey will move in there with the hopes her sister can move in as well at some point. We are leaving sleeping arrangements flexible downstairs. The girls will not "officially" share rooms but we are leaving it an option. We are going to attempt a toddler bed instead of crib in Audrey's old room until healthy sleep patterns develop, at that point we can decide where the girls will "live" permanently. Maybe the will not share or we can make Audrey's room into a spare room/play roomif they decide to share!!
The dreaded mess upstairs is insane!!!! All the extra blankets and sleeping bags will need to be stored elsewhere (just not sure where). There is also a serious clothes explosion. Audrey just moved from 3t to 4t and I have not boxed anything up yet.....just dumped :(
The walls need some serious attention as do the bare windows. There is a ton of other junk that needs to relocated as well. There are also some handyman (aka Howie and my Dad) issues and some safety issues to prep the boys for the move. I personally would love an intercom and camera!!!!

AHHHH...think the boys will like the pink flower wall paper? Came with the house 11 years ago and must go!!!!! NCSTATE theme will over take this room in a few shorts weeks!!!!! The wallpaper in the bathroom is nearly as bad except green flowers. We could also use some carpet but may wait. Boys can junk things up very easy!!!!!

I am LOVING seeing these pictures because it means PROGRESS! Albeit not as much as you want, it's still happening Mama. I am absolutely thrilled for you, Howie and the kids and especially for little Sophie. Not to mention, toddler beds are so adorable. :) LOVE YA!
ReplyDeleteConsistent with "reverse positioning" understand the REAL Second coming would equate with The Matrix's Anti-Christ, the fake battle of good and evil which will come at the end.
ReplyDeleteI have spoken on this issue in years past. Understanding how they use the political environment to redefine people's value system, realize anyone who speaks of the old world and its ways will envoke hatred. So when/if the Anti-Christ comes along speaking of reverting back to what liberalism would consider repressed and immoral may be the only hope to salvage the god's favor and keep moving forward rather than begin the 1000 year clock. The fake Second Coming will feed into this political enviornment.
